Does Podscape work with the podcasts I already follow?
Yes. Podscape uses public podcast feeds, so every show that publishes a public RSS feed is searchable and playable. You don't need to move your library.
Are transcripts available for every episode?
Most episodes get an auto-generated transcript on first play. Some very recent or very long episodes may take a few minutes the first time. Once generated, it's cached and instant.
How are the chapters and key takeaways generated?
Podscape generates them automatically from the transcript using a language model. We do not edit them by hand. We're working to make corrections trivial when something's off.
Can I listen offline?
Yes. Tap the download icon on any episode and it will be cached locally. You can manage downloads from the Library tab.
How do I delete my account?
From the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account — that takes effect immediately. If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion from the web instead. Either way your data is removed within 30 days. Request account deletion →
Is Podscape free? Are there ads?
Podscape is free to download and there are no ads, ever. Listening, downloads, notes and Android Auto are all free, along with 15 AI-analysed episodes a month. Podscape Pro lifts that cap for people who want AI insights on everything they play — everything that was free before Pro existed is still free.
